Selection Process

CVs and supporting statements will be shortlisted based on the Application Form (AF) Criteria specified in the person specification of the job description.

Shortlisted candidates will be informed of the outcome by 19th of April 2024. Successful candidates will be invited for an interview at Barking and Dagenham Town Hall on the 25th of April 2024. The day will involve a stakeholder panel and final panel interviews.

Prior to interview, shortlisted candidates will be invited to an informal chat with the Strategic Director of People and Resilience by the 24th of April 2024.  This informal chat will be held remotely via Microsoft Teams. Additional interview details will be provided to shortlisted candidates in due course.
