The Roles

As the Director of Property & Assets, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across a range of services, including asset management, highways infrastructure, health & safety, and facilities management. You will be instrumental in developing a robust lifecycle of asset management and leading the delivery of a 5-year capital programme for the Council’s property and land assets. Your role will involve working collaboratively with internal and external partners to drive performance and innovation, ensuring that our services are efficient, effective, and commercially viable.

The Director of Housing role involves leading and transforming our housing services to meet the diverse needs of our community. You will oversee all aspects of housing management, from homelessness prevention to resident engagement, ensuring that our services are not only efficient but also compassionate and community-centred. Your leadership will be crucial in navigating a complex regulatory environment and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
